Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. FlowGX is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. 5. Subscription Plans

FlowGX offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited access to platform features at no cost.
• Basic Plan: Access to core features including end-of-day GEX data and alerts. Billed monthly.
• Pro Plan: Full real-time access to all features including intraday GEX updates, options chain, and all data layers. Billed monthly.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.

7. No Guarantees of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, FlowGX makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the data provided. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Use of the Service is at your sole risk.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use FlowGX to:

• Scrape or systematically collect data from the platform
• Distribute, resell, or sublicense data obtained from the Service
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
